CA Investigations — finding the facts for more than 15 years
The results-driven CA Investigations team is the investigations firm of choice for self-insurers, major insurance companies, and corporate clients — and has been for more than 15 years.
The origins of CA Investigations
Chief Investigator, Craig Adams, initially built a successful investigations firm — known as ‘SEQLD Surveillance Services.’ Through his company, and close work with ASIO and other key government agencies, Craig rapidly earned respect from his clients — which included individuals, small and medium enterprises, and large, hugely successful corporations.
CA Investigations was born when Craig decided to expand his business while continuing to provide exceptional service, backed by fast, accurate, comprehensive reports.
Craig has travelled on international assignments to Fiji, Hong Kong, and other overseas destinations. He has also conducted hundreds of state-wide and nation-wide investigations, and has worked closely with ASIO and other government agencies. He holds a Certificate IV in Government Fraud Control and Government Investigation Services, as well as a Certificate III in Investigative Services.
Craig and his team are results-oriented; they work for YOU, their client and offer a 100% guarantee with each investigation.

From our files:
A case study from January 2009
A small self-insurer approached us to put an employee under surveillance. Frequent bouts of sick leave had prompted suspicion that the claimant was not fulfilling his “suitable duties programme” and was, in fact working at night. Our surveillance confirmed that the employee was committing fraud by working while on a suitable duties programme. The case was referred to the Q-Comp board.
If you have an employee who is claiming to be unfit for duty or is receiving benefits from Workers’ Compensation, and who you suspect is working, contact us and find out for sure.
